Carpets and soft furnishings can harbour all manner of odours, bacteria and general daily soiling. Only regular cleaning can remove this.

Our carpet and upholstery cleaning is carried out by a fully trained CleanSmart technician using our incredible Airflex cleaning system. Dirt and bacteria is removed using powerful hot water extraction with pet/child friendly products resulting in excellent drying times.

In some cases low moisture methods can also be employed on moisture sensitive fabrics and lightly soiled carpets 

Q: How long does it take for carpets to dry after cleaning?

A: It varies due to different kinds of material however we advise that most carpets and upholstery are left over night to dry full. However in most circumstances carpets are completely dry within a matter of hours.

Q: Can you remove all stains?

A: Stain removal is dependant on the type of stain, type of fabric being cleaned and how long the stain has sat. We like to manage expectations honestly and never guarantee 100% stain removal but in most cases appearance is improved considerably or removed successfully.

Q: Is the machine noisy?

A: Our machine produces slightly higher levels of noise as a regular household vacuum cleaner. A Silencer can be fitted to reduce this further in noise sensitive environments 

Q: Do I need to vacuum first?

A: No this is included as part of the service

Q: Can you move furniture?

A: We will endeavour to move any item we can as long as it can be done safely. We will clean around larger heavier items such as beds and wardrobes.
